Loving this rain! Already up to 7.4mm today according to local PWS (can't be bothered checking my gauge!). Great way to add to the 62.75mm for July already.

Got around 5mm so far and it's back on again, not that it stopped but it's getting really heavy now. Should do well if light drizzle keeps falling after the main band passes.

Evening all, this rain is very welcome indeed. 4mm so far according to the gauge outside and it's still raining. Should get about 5mm all up by the morning, maybe 6mm.

Glad to see rainfall where it's needed, what about you John? It has been raining here persistently since I got up, light at first, then moderate to heavy from about lunch, and now back to drizzly stuff. Models only really come on board with the last few runs, so it was an interesting upgrade and paid off. 2.2mm to 9am here, and I am not sure since then, I would take a guess at near 20mm to an inch. More of it to come, particularly over the weekend and early next week.

On 13mm for the day which brings the yearly total to 294mm. Again EC & GFS nailed it, Uk was onto it too. Nogaps failed miserably, as did mlaps & Japan. A useful month for a change.

Finished with 16.8mm here with non stop rain from 2:30pm till 12:30am. Looks like a pretty good day out there.
Also looks similar Sunday rainfall wise but a lot windier!! Tuesday looks cold with decent shower activity too, evtn a rainband on the front.

Ended on 14.6mm so a very handy fall. A report of 14.8mm at Olinda so seems to be pretty consistent through our area.
Doesn't look like a lot in the next two days, but another solid burst with the strong front on Sunday.

We copped one of the heavier bursts of rain of the year last night at 11:22pm at 86mmhr. So some of the showers were decent down the hill.

Just 4mm last night which was great. Unfortunately nothing else expected here for some time. Middle of next week shows some promise?

One those between front days and not much to report. Had a couple of light showers up here but just ~0.3mm. Rather chilly with a max of 9.9C.
Looks pretty unexciting to me for the next 36 hours - perhaps just the odd shower or two for us, but can't see more than a mm or two. Sunday's system is still look promising (expect something like 10-20mm up here again), and Tuesdays system also looks to pack some punch
BTW notice catchment totals are starting to add up... Mt Buller on 80mm, Baw Baw on 36mm, Weeaproinah on ~60mm, Mt William on ~30mm. With another week to go in this sequence it is shaping up to be quite useful.

Yeah. 13.8mm's here last night took our July total to 85mm's above the average of 77mm's. YTD is 296mm's 37% of the yearly average.

More mizzle overnight with 1.3mm in the gauge this morning. Looks like a nice day to be out in the garden - rather mild, a bit humid and probably not that wet.
Sunday's system is looking very promising - EC for example has 5-20mm across most of southern Vic
with a weak front on Tuesday (perhaps even a warm front) and then another solid cold front on Thursday.

Nice showers here at the moment mabye close to 1mm
Way I see it DJ tomorrow looks ok but UK isn't really onboard with EC and never has been to this point which makes me wonder abit.
All models have downgraded for Tuesday however Thursday looks better we shall see how it pans out.
