I think the northerly beat alot of us! I wonder if there is a cycle that heat can cause winds that brings more heat, that can then bring more winds? Because even in my eyes, today was going to be a very seabreezy day.

Makes me wonder if the rest of the week will also see lack of seabreezes?

Adelaide's forecast is almost unbelievable...

37, 37, 39, 39, 36, 34, 29....Dry and Sunny every day...

It is only the beginning of November, if this was too occur in January it would more likely read 41, 41, 43, 43, 40, 38, 33.

Thanks Floyd! Yeah i expect a southerly to SE airstream all day Thursday reinforced by the seabreeze so at the moment can't see it more than 25c in Melbourne be warmer or Hotter further North.

Thats right Tony looks to be a Cool or Mild Sunday at this stage in my book.

GFS doesnt have the change coming through til late Sunday, so it could see a damn hot weekend by all accounts for the Golf at Kingston Heath...
EC maybe showing the change late Sat as Johnno is saying, time will tell nearer the time, but GFS have had it late sunday for a few runs.

If we are on par with Mildura the past few days and they are going for 44C on the weekend and we are 10C cooler there is something wrong. Especially when there is no seabreeze. When was the last time that we were in a northerly flow and were 10C cooler than Mildura. Something tells me it will land between 39-41C on Saturday. And if the change stalls for Sunday then it will go 41C Sunday.

Been right the past few days and picked Saturday ahead of everyone else... So I can make it a weekly double...hmmm if only I had that luck with the races.
